  • Modays - Functional Run @La Finca Corner

    Start the week with a hybrid session combining running and bodyweight training.
    We run a 6 km circuit through the city, stopping every kilometer for short functional exercises (inspired by Hyrox-style training, but with our own twist).

    📍 Start: La Finca Corner, 7:30 AM
    💪 All levels welcome

  • Wednesdays - Intervals @Catlaina

    Our midweek performance session.
    Rotating workouts that include 400s, 600s, 800s, and stair repeats — designed to improve endurance, running technique, and mental grit.
    Effort is individual, but we push as a group.

    📍 Start: Catalina Bike Rental, 7:30 AM
    🏃‍♀️ Open to all paces

  • Friday – Social Run @ Plumo

    Start the weekend early with our classic sunrise jog to Portixol. 7 km at a relaxed pace, followed by stretching, coffee, and breakfast with Theo, Nilton & the team at Plumo.

    The run is short — the good vibes last all day.
